I commend to your attention the Brazilian production of the film, Reaching for the Moon (2013).

This title is a biopic of Elizabeth Bishop, the poet who won many accolades including the Pulitzer Prize for her first book, Poems: North and South-A Cold Spring. Bishop was born in Worcester and was interred at Hope Cemetery after a lengthy and celebrated career. Reaching for the Moon references her relationship with charismatic architect Lota de Macedo Soares.

I believe that Reaching for the Moon is worthy of consideration for the Cinema 320 film series. The cinematography is lavish, the cast exceptional and the plot engaging. The only reservation might be that it features a strong gay theme which some patrons could find offensive. Since its release the film has languished at the box office but is a recent addition to Netflix. The description on the Internet Movie Database (IMDB) is helpful in understanding this production.
